The exhibition presents four works dispersed in time and space.

Thirty-seven years have passed between his first trip to Berlin in 1983 and the new urban landscapes of the winter of 2019/2020.

Between the portraits of Buddha in Burma and the landscapes of the road to Santiago de Compostela through France and Spain, between the inner journey of the Vanities, still lifes, installations or observation of funeral rites in Toraja country, Jean-Christophe Ballot holds a sensitive line carried by a contemplative look at the world.
